Write an essay discussing three of the ways in your notes. You should explain which way you think is more important, giving reasons to support your opinion.

Essay

Technology has changed the way we learn and train for many professions. In my opinion, three important aspects to consider are that technology helps us avoid dangerous mistakes, makes learning more practical, and increases student motivation.

First, technology helps us avoid dangerous mistakes. For example, medical students can practise surgeries on holograms or virtual reality headsets instead of real patients. This means they can learn from their errors without causing harm. I believe this is the most important benefit because safety is essential in fields like medicine, aviation, and engineering.

Second, technology makes learning more practical. Students can use simulations and interactive tools to apply what they learn in real-world situations. This helps them understand theory better and develop useful skills.

Finally, technology increases student motivation. Young learners are often more engaged when using digital tools like apps, videos, and headsets. This makes lessons more interesting and encourages participation.

In conclusion, while all three points are valuable, I think avoiding dangerous mistakes is the most important. Technology not only saves lives but also gives students confidence to learn and practise safely before working with real people.

  Action Research Project This is my action research project about the effects of oral summaries on the development of speaking skills in EFL students. I chose this topic because in many online English classes like Planet English, students do a lot of written exercises but have few opportunities to speak.
